A participant is registered ONLY ON RECEIPT of registration fee with a copy of current ATLS card. Spaces can not be reserved without the fee. A participant who cancels will not receive a refund unless he/she finds a paid replacement, otherwise the fee is forfeited.
Class size is limited - Registrants will be accepted in the order of receipt of check in our office.
